Frames

The pipes Masciarelli, after being designed by Palmiro Masciarelli, are produced in Italy, using carbon filaments of the best type supplied by Toray, in UD-HHM-M55J (high modulus and high strength), T1000, T800 and other valuable types of carbon Toray, which are adopted according to the type of needs that the frame requires. The pipes, once produced, are assembled by hand in Italy, from our frame builder of confidence. The construction is done with the "Tube to Tube" sistem and during all stages of processing, wrapping, resin, sanding and painting, the frame is constantly weighed to keep control over the final weight. Finally, the frame is subjected to the test of stiffness and breaking through appropriate machinery. The carbon

The carbon fibers are the most performant and reinforcement used in the production of composite materials. The yarn born from special cooking at high temperatures and pressures of poliacrilontrite (PAN) or filaments of fish. This process is called carbonization, creates crystal structures similar to graphite with high resistance to stress. Test

Design

Our pipes have been designed after a year of testing done on various bikes and racing frames. The result was a complete bike (size 58) of 5.2 kg of weight, with which it has been able to deal with a downhill to 81.8 km/h without hands on the handlebars. Bonding tubes

The residual resin in the joints, makes the frames banded, more comfortable of the monocoque, maintaining stiffness and performance.
